Excluding products from sold-out handling

You can keep products where they are when they sell out. An excluded product isn’t pushed down, and it isn’t hidden.

Exclusions apply to your whole store, not to one collection. You can exclude up to 500 specific products and any number of tags. A product that’s already hidden or pushed down is put back when you exclude it.

Exclude products by tag

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Siftori Collection Sort > Sold-out handling.
2. In the Exclusions section, click Add tags.
3. Select the tags.
4. Click Save.

Exclude specific products

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Siftori Collection Sort > Sold-out handling.
2. In the Exclusions section, click Add products, and then select the products.
3. Click Save.

Remove an exclusion

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Siftori Collection Sort > Sold-out handling.
2. In the Exclusions section, do either of the following:
   • To remove a tag, click the × on the tag.
   • To remove a product, click Remove next to the product.
3. Click Save.

Products that you remove from the exclusions are pushed down or hidden again while they’re sold out.
