Apply Sort shows the order it will produce, top to bottom, with how far each product moves. Nothing touches your storefront until you apply it.
Every sort has an undo
Every sort is saved, along with the order your collection had before it. If one lands the wrong way, open that sort and put the previous order back. Nothing you try is final.

Will it mess with collections I sort by hand?
Only collections you give a sorting strategy to are touched. Everything else stays exactly as you left it.
What about my pinned products?
Pins win over the sorting strategy. One exception: a pinned product that sells out drops down too, and takes its spot back on restock.
How often does it sort?
Hourly, daily or weekly, whichever you pick. Daily and weekly run at a time of day you choose, and hourly is on the Max plan. You can also sort a collection right away on any plan.
How do I set it up?
Build a sorting strategy, hand it the collections it should sort, and set it to run on your schedule. Start from a template if you want the short version.
How do I know it is working?
A collection that is not sorting says why, and names the one thing to change. Every sort it applies is recorded with what moved.
Will it slow down my storefront?
No. Sorting happens in the background and only the finished order is written to Shopify. Nothing is added to your theme.
Which collections does it work with?
Both manual and automated collections. If a collection is currently sorted by Shopify, Siftori leaves it alone until you hand it over.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your collections keep the order they had. Nothing reverts, nothing breaks, and your app data is deleted.
