This Privacy Policy explains how Kamko BV ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Siftori (the "Service"), a Shopify app for sorting collection products. It applies to merchants who install Siftori on their Shopify store.

5. Retention

We retain your configuration, audit logs, and store data for as long as Siftori is installed on your store. When you uninstall the app, Shopify notifies us and we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@siftori.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Kamko BV is established in Belgium, but our hosting and Shopify both process data in the United States. Personal data is therefore transferred from the EU/EEA to the United States. We rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where our sub-processor is certified (currently Microsoft Azure), and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise (currently Shopify, and as a fallback for Microsoft Azure). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
